Responsibilities
- Lead RF system design activities, including link-budget analysis and system-level simulations.
- Design and develop up/down converter chains and RF front-end architectures.
- Create RF board designs and oversee RF PCB development, including schematic reviews and layout validation.
- Conduct RF system integration, performance testing, and field-level validation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build advanced, next-generation radar solutions.
- Generate technical specifications and evaluate/select appropriate RF components.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Hands-on experience with RF system design and simulation tools (e.g., ADS).
- Familiarity with electromagnetic simulation software such as HFSS, CST, or equivalent.
- Practical experience in RF link-budgeting, up/down converter design, RF PCB design, TR modules, antenna design, and component selection.
- Proficiency with RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and VNAs.
- Experience in designing and developing phased-array systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
