Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications

Work on assigned technologies such as Java, Python, SAP modules, Software Testing, or DevOps tools

Participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting activities under guidance of senior team members

Support testing activities including test case creation, execution, and defect reporting (for Testing roles)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, system administrators, and project managers

Learn and follow industry best practices, coding standards, and organizational processes

Document technical work, configurations, and solutions clearly

Continuously upgrade technical skills through training and project exposure
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Basic understanding of at least one technology:

Java (Core Java, OOP concepts)

Python (Basics, scripting, data structures)

SAP (Any module – FICO, MM, SD, ABAP – basic knowledge preferred)

Software Testing (Manual or Automation fundamentals)

DevOps (Basic understanding of Linux, Git, CI/CD concepts)
