What You’ll Do
- Complete a comprehensive 6-month training program led by experienced Logistics Account Executives
- Support Account Executives by solving customer needs, sourcing carriers for time-sensitive freight, and managing daily operations
- Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions to accelerate your development
- Build and refine negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
- Develop and grow your own book of business
- Apply your training to meet sales metrics and qualify for commission
- Establish and grow relationships to close new customer accounts
- Negotiate pricing with both customers and carriers
- Resolve freight issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
