What You’ll Do

  • Complete a comprehensive 6-month training program led by experienced Logistics Account Executives
  • Support Account Executives by solving customer needs, sourcing carriers for time-sensitive freight, and managing daily operations
  • Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions to accelerate your development
  • Build and refine negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
  • Develop and grow your own book of business
  • Apply your training to meet sales metrics and qualify for commission
  • Establish and grow relationships to close new customer accounts
  • Negotiate pricing with both customers and carriers
  • Resolve freight issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
