Byteridge is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will work closely with clients, product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that business objectives are accurately understood and effectively delivered through high-quality digital solutions.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications

Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis

Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, workflows, and process diagrams

Act as a liaison between clients, product owners, and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment

Support project planning by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables
-
Review and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback for improvements
-
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to document clear and concise business and functional requirements

Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies

Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, or similar BA tools

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

Experience working on software development or digital transformation projects is preferred

Prior experience in a remote or distributed team environment is an advantage
