As a Faculty member, you will play a key role in shaping students’ academic and professional readiness by delivering engaging lessons, fostering conceptual understanding, and supporting holistic development. Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured and engaging mathematics instruction aligned with curriculum objectives

Simplify complex mathematical concepts and promote logical thinking

Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments

Conduct classroom sessions, practice exercises, and doubt-clearing sessions

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

Support students in building analytical, reasoning, and quantitative skills

Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports

Collaborate with academic coordinators to improve teaching methodologies

Participate in training, workshops, and curriculum development initiatives

Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field

Strong command over mathematical concepts and applications

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Ability to engage learners with diverse academic backgrounds

Passion for teaching and student development

Proficiency in using digital tools and teaching aids

Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities
Experience

2–5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics preferred

Experience teaching students at secondary, higher secondary, or foundation levels is desirable

Prior experience in skill development, vocational training, or NGO/CSR initiatives is an advantage
