Tech Mahindra is hiring customer-focused and detail-oriented professionals for the role of International Chat Process Executive (Non-Voice). This position involves handling customer interactions exclusively through live chat and written communication for international clients. The role is ideal for individuals with strong written English skills who prefer a non-voice process and are eager to work in a fast-paced, global service environment.

As part of Tech Mahindra’s customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and professional support while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and concerns through live chat and written platforms

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, or technical issues

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality and service standards

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

  • Follow standard operating procedures and client-specific guidelines

  • Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required

  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Strong typing and multitasking abilities

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

  • Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

  • Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset


Experience

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

  • Prior experience in international chat or non-voice processes is an added advantage

  • Graduates and undergraduates may apply (as per process eligibility)


Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • Rotational shifts (24/7 operations for international clients)

  • Night shift availability required
