About the Role
Ramp is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Core Growth team, focusing on Activation and Expansion initiatives. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design experiences that drive user activation and expand product usage. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own significant product experiences, shape strategic direction, and deliver elegant, user-centered solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end experiences that increase activation and drive product expansion
- Build seamless cross-sell and upsell experiences that encourage deeper product usage
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define problems, explore solutions, and measure impact
- Work closely with the design team to maintain consistency and elevate overall design quality
What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B
- Strategic thinking and experience driving a roadmap toward simpler, more impactful user experiences
- Expertise designing complex workflows and systems with a focus on activation and engagement
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with a bias toward action
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Data)
- Data-informed design approach, with experience measuring and optimizing conversion
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and influence product strategy
