What You’ll Do
- Help define and execute our technical vision by leading the design and implementation of complex, high-impact projects
- Build and scale reliable backend systems that support rapid product growth
- Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and architecture to increase team velocity and code quality
- Participate in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and creating interview questions that reflect our bar for excellence
- Mentor and support junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of ownership, humility, and learning
What You Bring
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready systems at scale
- Ability to translate business and product requirements into pragmatic engineering solutions
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a desire to continuously grow and refine your craft
