What You’ll Do
- Design and build privacy-first application primitives and integrate them into existing products
- Collaborate closely with engineering partners to architect and deploy systems that are secure by default and privacy-centric
- Develop, improve, and roll out data retention, anonymization, and minimization strategies across the platform
- Partner with Ramp’s Privacy Counsel to monitor evolving legal and regulatory standards and translate them into system and process updates
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience working on platform, privacy, and/or security-focused systems
- Strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset and commitment to technical excellence
- Proven ability to translate business and product requirements into scalable engineering solutions
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations
- Experience with Python (Flask), React, and AWS (including ECS and other core services)
