What You’ll Do

Triage Enterprise Requests
Partner with the FDE team to review and prioritize new enterprise requests daily, ensuring we focus on the highest-impact work.

Scoping & Onboarding
Lead deep technical scoping sessions with customers and own a clear, actionable launch checklist to ensure successful onboarding.

Customer Communication & Enablement
Guide new customers through Ramp integrations, provide ongoing status updates, and educate stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption.

Technology & Automation
Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and empower customers to self-serve more effectively.

Documentation & Repeatability
Create and maintain scalable documentation, checklists, and processes to build a repeatable, efficient enterprise engagement playbook.

What You Need

Technical Experience

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience

  • Proficiency with Python, React, and SQL (or comparable technologies)

Customer-Facing Experience

  • 1+ year working in an external, customer-facing role

Exceptional Communication

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences

Ownership Mindset

  • Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven solutions or automation

  • Deep full-stack engineering expertise from a full-time software engineering role

  • Background as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) or founder
