About the Role

As an Early Career Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and mentors while contributing to real-world projects that improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and performance.

This role is designed for new graduates who are eager to learn, apply engineering fundamentals, and make an impact early in their careers. You’ll be exposed to manufacturing operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing both technical and professional skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the optimization and improvement of manufacturing processes

  • Analyze data to identify efficiency, quality, and productivity opportunities

  • Assist in implementing process improvements and standard work

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and quality

  • Learn and apply safety, quality, and regulatory standards in manufacturing environments

Program Details & Location

  • Locations: Multiple Honeywell sites across the United States

  • Start Date: Between September 2025 and July 2026

  • Worksite assignment will be based on business needs and your experience and qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for students and recent graduates who are excited to begin their careers in manufacturing or industrial engineering.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

  • Graduation between August 2025 and May 2026

  • Degree must be completed within 12 months of hire

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
