ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer at Honeywell, you will launch your career by gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing and industrial engineering. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support the optimization of manufacturing processes, improve operational efficiency, and help ensure high standards of product quality.

In this role, you will contribute to meaningful projects that enhance productivity and process performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Graduation date between August 2025 and May 2026
  • Available to begin full-time employment between September 2025 and July 2026
  • Degree must be obtained within 12 months of the hire date
  • Due to U.S. export control laws, must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

WE VALUE

  • Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
  • Industrial design skills or aptitude
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on manufacturing work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
