About the Role
The Honeywell Aerospace Development Program is a rotational program designed to build future leaders in Supply Chain. Through multiple rotations across functions and locations, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of Aerospace’s end-to-end integrated supply chain before transitioning into a full-time role within the organization.
You’ll be exposed to critical supply chain operations while learning how customer responsiveness, program execution, and product quality come together to drive business success. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with planning, operations, quality, and external partners to resolve material-related challenges such as supply disruptions, inventory discrepancies, and demand changes.
Program Responsibilities
- Execute activities related to material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores operations within Honeywell Aerospace.
- Ensure appropriate material availability to keep production lines running efficiently.
- Schedule, track, and evaluate materials to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
- Support customers and internal stakeholders by solving critical issues and driving performance metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve supply chain execution and product quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business from an accredited college or university
- Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
- Available to begin full-time employment between January 2026 and August 2026
- Degree must be obtained within 12 months of the program start date
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or valid asylum/refugee status (due to U.S. export control regulations)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
