PickZy Software Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources (HR) Executive to support our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for executing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and management, helping to foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases.

Support performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback cycles.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR events.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and benefits.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Coordinate joining and exit formalities, including documentation and exit interviews.

Support HR reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Experience

1–3 years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role.

Experience in IT or software industry is preferred.

Freshers with strong HR internships or certifications may also be considered.
