People Analytics Strategy & Enterprise Leadership

  • Define and lead Snowflake’s enterprise people analytics strategy, positioning it as a core capability that informs executive decision-making and company priorities.
  • Elevate people analytics as a trusted input into workforce planning, operating model design, organizational health, and investment decisions.
  • Partner closely with the CDAO, CHRO, CFO, Product leadership, and executive team to frame and answer the most critical workforce questions impacting growth and performance.

AI-Powered Employee & Leader Enablement

  • Lead the development of AI-driven people analytics experiences, including intelligent agents that enable leaders and employees to access insights, ask questions, and take action using governed people data.
  • Translate HR and workforce use cases into scalable, production-grade AI solutions embedded directly into employee workflows.
  • Ensure AI solutions are built with rigorous guardrails around privacy, security, explainability, and responsible use.

Business Impact & Decision Enablement

  • Connect people insights to measurable business outcomes, including productivity, execution velocity, retention risk, talent gaps, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop decision frameworks that move leaders from insight to action—particularly during periods of growth, reorganization, and transformation.
  • Establish clear metrics, narratives, and governance standards that enable confident, timely, and accountable decision-making.

Analytics, AI & Platform Integration

  • Partner with Data, Analytics Engineering, and AI teams to deliver reporting, predictive insights, and AI-powered applications.
  • Leverage Snowflake’s data and AI platform to build scalable, certified people datasets and enterprise-grade AI agents.
  • Collaborate with data science and AI leaders to ensure advanced analytics are deployed responsibly, transparently, and at scale.

Governance, Privacy & Trust

  • Set and uphold strong governance, privacy, and security standards for sensitive people data.
  • Ensure analytics outputs and AI-driven insights are consistent, explainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Serve as a steward of trust in how employee data and AI tools are designed and used across the organization.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing people analytics team spanning analytics, business partnership, and AI product delivery.
  • Provide strategic direction, coaching, and career development to managers and individual contributors.
  • Establish operating models and processes that prioritize high-impact work and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of insights and AI tools through strong storytelling, data fluency, and executive partnership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams in complex, matrixed, or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated experience developing or partnering on AI-powered analytics products or agents within enterprise settings.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in ambiguity.
  • Deep analytical expertise, including strong SQL skills and experience integrating HR data into enterprise data platforms.
  • Familiarity with governed AI development, including privacy, explainability, security, and compliance considerations.
