Job Summary

Digital Nomad Entertainment is seeking a talented and passionate 3D Environment Artist to join our innovative team. As a pivotal member of our creative department, you will be responsible for crafting immersive and visually stunning environments that enhance the gaming experience. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality 3D environments for various projects, ensuring they align with the overall artistic direction and gameplay requirements.
• Collaborate with game designers, concept artists, and other team members to create cohesive and immersive environments.
• Create detailed 3D models, textures, and materials that meet the artistic and technical specifications of the project.
• Optimize environments for performance without sacrificing visual quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance gameplay and storytelling.
• Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve skills and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max).
• Strong understanding of texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
• Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Solid foundation in traditional art principles, including composition, color theory, and lighting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience

• A portfolio showcasing a range of 3D environment art and assets.
• Previous experience in game development or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) projects is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, with flexible working hours to accommodate project demands.
