Your Role at Bolt:
As a Mid-Market Sales Account Executive, you will be instrumental in growing Bolts presence among fast-growing ecommerce and fintech merchants. You will own the full sales cycle—identifying opportunities, crafting solutions, and closing deals that enable our customers to scale with Bolts seamless checkout technology. This role is ideal for a consultative, data-driven seller who thrives in building long-term relationships and understands the unique challenges of mid-market merchants.
What You will Do:

Manage the end-to-end sales process across a portfolio of mid-market ecommerce and fintech merchants.

Develop and execute strategic account plans that align Bolts solutions with merchant goals.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities, partnering with marketing and partnerships to drive leads and accelerate deals.

Deliver customized demos and proposals that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding merchant pain points and recommending the right solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in Salesforce and other sales tools.

Represent Bolt at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence and generate new opportunities.
What Success Looks Like:

5–8+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, or related technology sectors.

Proven track record of closing mid-market deals and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Deep understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, including checkout, payments, fraud, and platform integrations.

Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.

Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing complex deal structures.

Proficiency with sales tech tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Bonus: Experience in high-growth startups or selling platform-based products.
