Account Executive, Territory (Mid-Market)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share and drive revenue growth in the mid-market territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and leveraging various sales tools and platforms.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the mid-market sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a strong work ethic.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the technology or service industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in account management and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility to accommodate client needs and time zones as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
