Fresher Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will contribute to the efficiency of our organization and help foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.
- Manage and organize calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring all documents are accessible and well-organized.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and expense reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and teamwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic bookkeeping principles.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in project coordination is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on project deadlines.
