Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with other departments to assist with projects and facilitate communication across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in a corporate or office environment is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on departmental needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of office procedures and best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office management systems.
- Adaptability to new technology and software as required.
