Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist with projects and facilitate communication across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience in a corporate or office environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on departmental needs.

  • Strong understanding of office procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office management systems.
  • Adaptability to new technology and software as required.
