Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inquiries from team members and clients, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient typing skills with a speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with data entry software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role preferred.

Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with the expectation of completing a full-time workload (40 hours per week).
