Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with office software and database management.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and telecommunication systems.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility as required.
