Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain various reports, documents, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing.
- Assist in the organization and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain and update office supplies inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Support onboarding and training processes for new employees, including preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline communication and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred, but not mandatory.

Working Hours
- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required based on operational needs.
