Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain and update office supplies inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Support onboarding and training processes for new employees, including preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline communication and improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred, but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required based on operational needs.
