Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a remote capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is desirable.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available for core hours from 10 AM to 3 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.
