Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary and ensuring a well-stocked work environment.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks to facilitate workflow and enhance productivity.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Part-time position requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate individual schedules.
