Key Responsibilities

- Process requests such as order modifications, cancellations, and returns, ensuring the customers issue is resolved effectively.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, chat handling time, and first contact resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the companys CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and properly logged.
- Handle escalated issues, providing solutions in a calm and constructive manner.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of Amazon products, services, and internal systems to provide quick and efficient support to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazons policies and procedures to provide accurate and timely assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in any field is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and professionally in a chat format.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate different software applications and systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or chat-based support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online chat systems is an advantage.
