Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all interactions are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Provide detailed product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints with a customer-centric approach.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while engaging with customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge of Amazon products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping environments is advantageous.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand setting is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is an evening shift position, typically scheduled from 4 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
