Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while engaging with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge of Amazon products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping environments is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand setting is a plus.

Working Hours

  • This is an evening shift position, typically scheduled from 4 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
