Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred.
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule. Associates must be available to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
