- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping and receiving processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and managing orders.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience operating warehouse machinery is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
