Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with internet navigation.

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
