Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in aviation, logistics, or warehouse environments is a plus (but not required)

Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items safely

Responsibilities
-
Safely load, unload, and transfer baggage, cargo, and mail between aircraft and airport facilities

Operate ground service equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and de-icing vehicles

Marshal aircraft during arrival and departure, following standard safety signals

Assist with aircraft pushback and ramp movement coordination

Ensure all operational tasks meet safety, quality, and timing standards

Work closely with fellow crew members and supervisors to maintain smooth ramp operations
Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, snow, and other weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (31.75 kg) repeatedly

Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and any required airport security clearances

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and physically exerting throughout the shift
