  • Process payments, refunds, and credits accurately

  • Update and maintain customer records in the reservation system

  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary

  • Support airline promotions, loyalty programs, and other customer initiatives

  • Ability to work remotely according to assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
