- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Technical proficiency with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours available for both part-time and full-time positions.
