  • Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines while ensuring a high standard of customer confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred, especially in a remote setting.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends. You will be expected to adhere to a set schedule while accommodating customer needs.
