American Express is seeking a dedicated Virtual Customer Care Professional to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a thorough understanding of American Express offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Document interactions and follow up on customer requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to processes.
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and call resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Empathy and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
- Experience with call center operations or handling customer inquiries in a remote capacity is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with shifts available, including evenings and weekends to accommodate customer needs.
- Remote work environment allows for a work-life balance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
