Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed, utilizing various software tools.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated with AMEX policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in all tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of AMEX services and processes is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a virtual assistant role.
  • Experience working with financial services or in a customer-facing position is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours, with a requirement to be available during standard business hours (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
