Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications through email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely responses and resolution of inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for clients.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, including client files and transaction details.
  • Support clients with their financial management tasks, including expense tracking and report generation.
  • Conduct research as needed to assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required by clients.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and tools, particularly related to American Express services.
  • A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a virtual assistance, administrative, or customer support role.
  • Experience working with financial services or a background in finance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week and must be able to accommodate clients across various time zones.
