Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst specializing in Data and Analytics within our Information Technology sector. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across various business functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting, and will be enthusiastic about translating complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for various projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and practices.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required to support business initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field is preferred, but recent graduates with strong analytical skills will also be considered.
- Experience in the Information Technology sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week.
