Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Analyst – Python, Power BI & Data Engineering to join our dynamic data analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for data manipulation, transformation, dashboard development, and automation of data pipelines that support strategic business decisions. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights using modern tools like Python and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets using Python and SQL.

Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines and data workflows.

Design, build, and publish interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

Translate complex datasets into clear and compelling visual insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, stakeholders, and developers) to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Monitor and optimize performance of data models, reports, and pipelines.

Maintain documentation and ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.

Continuously stay updated with best practices in data engineering, BI reporting, and analytics trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in Python, especially in data manipulation libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX formulas, and Power Query (M language).

Solid SQL skills for querying and transforming large datasets.

Experience in data integration and ETL processes.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey insights effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience

2–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence roles.

Proven track record of delivering BI dashboards and analytics solutions using Python and Power BI.
Working Hours

Full-time position with flexible working hours.

Core availability expected between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday).

Remote/hybrid options depending on candidate location and team needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data normalization, and dimensional modeling.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
