Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
- Support project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software and tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Experience in a corporate environment is preferred, particularly in technology or related sectors.
- Previous experience supporting executives or senior management is advantageous.
Working Hours
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours. However, availability during standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM PST) is preferred for meetings and collaboration.
