As an Build Technician, you will play a vital role in assembling and disassembling precision components in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will work to the highest quality standards to ensure our Power Units are race-ready and championship-capable.
What You will Learn:
Through a structured 42-month development programme and dedicated mentorship, you will gain hands-on experience across our engineering and advanced technologies departments. This programme has been recognised with the IMechE 2017 Advanced Apprenticeship Provider award.
By the end of the apprenticeship, you will be able to:

Assemble engine and hybrid system (ERS – Energy Recovery System) components into sub-assemblies and complete Power Units

Disassemble components to support root cause and failure investigations

Ensure all components meet exacting specifications and quality standards

Collaborate with departments such as Quality and Engineering to support product development

Create, maintain, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
