What You’ll Do
- Maintain a safe and clean facility by following all company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct safety sweeps, report or correct unsafe conditions, and properly handle hazardous materials.
- Clean and maintain all areas of the club — including floors, restrooms, windows, trash receptacles, and more — using approved tools, chemicals, and methods.
- Operate equipment such as floor scrubbers and ensure proper disposal of cardboard, plastic, and trash according to company sustainability programs.
- Manage and organize cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and timely reordering when stock is low.
- Deliver an outstanding member experience through your attention to detail and positive, service-oriented approach.
