Position Summary:
As a Membership Associate, you’ll play a key role in growing and supporting our Member community. You’ll provide excellent service, promote membership benefits, and ensure that every Member has a safe and satisfying shopping experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Promote and explain Membership benefits, products, and services.
- Process new memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts accurately.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities to achieve membership goals.
- Assist Members with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
- Fulfill Fax-n-Pull and Click-n-Pull orders by selecting, scanning, wrapping, and securing merchandise for pickup.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
- Report or correct unsafe situations and handle materials properly.
- Collaborate with managers and team members to meet operational priorities.
- Adapt to change, seek improvement opportunities, and support team success.
