Membership Sales & Support

Promote the value of Sam’s Club memberships, products, and services.

Process new memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts accurately.

Participate in sales and marketing events to achieve membership goals.

Educate members on benefits and encourage engagement with Club services.
Member Service Excellence

Provide outstanding service by greeting members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchases.

Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.

Support order fulfillment through Fax-n-Pull and Click-n-Pull by pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items accurately.

Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet member needs.
Facility Safety & Standards

Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety standards and procedures.

Conduct safety sweeps and report or correct unsafe conditions.

Follow proper forklift spotting and hazardous materials handling procedures.

Adhere to the company’s steel standards and operational guidelines.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners to meet operational goals.
