Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking an experienced AWS Trainer (Freelance/Part-time) to deliver high-quality, engaging, and hands-on training sessions to aspiring cloud professionals. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about teaching, possess in-depth knowledge of AWS services, and can simplify complex cloud concepts for learners with varied technical backgrounds. As a trainer, you will be instrumental in shaping the cloud career paths of freshers and professionals by delivering practical, real-world training.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver instructor-led AWS training sessions (online or hybrid format) based on current AWS curriculum and industry best practices.

  • Develop training materials, hands-on labs, quizzes, and projects that align with AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps).

  • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback and support to help them achieve certification and practical cloud readiness.

  • Stay updated with AWSs latest services, updates, and certification paths, and incorporate changes into the training content.

  • Conduct mock interviews and mentor learners on real-time use cases and deployment strategies.

  • Maintain training schedules, manage session recordings, and ensure learner engagement through Q&A and interactive sessions.

  • Provide constructive feedback for course improvement based on learner experiences and industry trends.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

  • AWS Certified Trainer credentials (or at least AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional certification).

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey technical topics clearly.

  • Proficient in cloud computing fundamentals, deployment strategies, IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and other AWS services.

  • Comfortable using online training platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar).


Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working on AWS infrastructure and projects.

  • 1+ year of experience in delivering training or conducting technical sessions (online or offline) is highly desirable.

  • Experience mentoring students or professionals toward AWS certifications will be an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible, part-time schedule

  • Typically 6–10 hours per week (including evenings or weekends as preferred)

  • Timing can be adjusted based on trainer availability and batch requirements


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of AWS architecture and deployment methodologies

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to tailor instruction to suit both beginners and intermediate-level learners

  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching

  • Skilled in creating hands-on labs and real-world project simulations

  • Knowledge of DevOps tools or other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) is a plus
