Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and customer preferences.
• Mix and garnish drinks while ensuring the highest standards of presentation and quality.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions, and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and glassware.
• Monitor and manage inventory, restocking supplies as needed.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist with training new staff members and providing guidance on bar procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bartending or related positions in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items when necessary.
