Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct research and analysis to support engineering solutions and project planning.
• Participate in site inspections, surveys, and data collection for civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and propose improvements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including reports, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong academic background with a focus on core engineering principles.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the field (e.g., AutoCAD for Civil Engineering or MATLAB for EEE).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:

• This position is open to recent graduates with no prior professional experience required. Internships or project work during academic studies will be considered a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required based on project needs.
