Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of BPO Call Center Executive (Remote). As a Work From Home Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, support customers with queries, and ensure high-quality service delivery across various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a positive attitude.

  • Provide accurate product or service information to clients.

  • Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex concerns to senior teams.

  • Update CRM or internal systems with detailed call notes and client feedback.

  • Meet daily/weekly performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions.

  • Collaborate with team leads and other departments to enhance customer experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask using multiple software tools.

  • A clear, confident, and friendly telephone voice.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer concerns tactfully.


Experience

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or BPO is preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available:

    • Day Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

    • Night Shift (based on process): 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

  • Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.

  • Candidates should be open to rotational weekly offs and shifts.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
