Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails efficiently, providing exceptional service and support.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers, updating CRM systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management as necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and emails with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in handling customer interactions and resolving issues effectively.
- Familiarity with call center operations and related technologies is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
- Flexible shifts may be required, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs.

- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
