HR Service Jobs is hiring motivated, customer-focused, and communication-savvy individuals for the role of BPO Executive to join dynamic contact center operations in Delhi. This position is open for both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to build a rewarding career in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). The role involves handling voice, non-voice, or blended support for domestic or international clients across industries like telecom, e-commerce, banking, or healthcare. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound or outbound calls, emails, or chat as per the process requirement

  • Assist customers with queries, complaints, service requests, billing issues, or product information

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while maintaining quality standards

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of issues

  • Record and update customer interactions and maintain data accuracy

  • Adhere to scripts, call guidelines, and compliance protocols

  • Meet assigned KPIs such as call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and attendance

  • Coordinate with internal departments for escalations or complex problem resolution


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+2 pass or graduate in any discipline

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi (additional regional language is a plus)

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills (30+ WPM for non-voice roles)

  • Positive attitude, active listening, and polite communication

  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays


Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or helpdesk is preferred


Working Hours:

  • Full-time position

  • Rotational shifts depending on process (Domestic/International)

  • Shift Timings: Morning, Afternoon, or Night Shifts

  • Weekly off on a rotational basis


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of customer service best practices

  • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism

  • Strong multi-tasking and active listening skills

  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required

  • Adaptability to different technologies, tools, and scripts

  • Basic knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems is an added advantage
